Hands on learning and fun!
The N.C. 4th of July Festival has something for every age. Not to be confused with the Southport Parks & Recreation Department’s Children’s Games, Children’s Entertainment will give younger children a creative and fun outlet through craft projects, coloring, beading, and more.

The Children’s Entertainment is organized by the Southport Rotary Club,
The following stations are being planned:
- Fun with bubbles
- Beach ball decorating
- Wish tent & coloring
- Fishing for prizes
- Lawn games
- Hair combs & ballerina crafts
- Chain link jellyfish
- Sun catcher crafts
- Bath bombs (sugar salts)
- Guessing game
- Pirate fun with Jack Sparrow

1:00 p.m. – Jack Sparrow
1:30 p.m. – Turning the Wheel
